The coronavirus pandemic continues to put a strain on our communities, workplaces and the lives we know. The states of Ohio, Illinois and Kentucky have issued a Stay At Home Order to all individuals, and are requiring all non-essential businesses to cease operation, with only certain exceptions.
We have been in communication with state departments and with their assistance, making the determination as to where our services are categorized for the public. Many of you have reached out to determine if we will be able to continue to provide the cleaning, sanitation, and disinfecting services to support your residential and commerical health and sanitation efforts.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is paramount. We feel that it's important to allow our employees and customers to make decisions that affect their health and well being.
Therefore, effective immediately, ProSparkle is implementing the following requirements for all new services.
-Scheduling priority will be given to requests for sanitizing and disinfecting with discounts for ProSparkle Shield our innovative fog disinfectant service
-All employees are prohibited from working, and likewise customers are prohibited from using our normal cleaning services if having been observed exhibiting symptoms of or answered yes to questions on a daily basis related to health, feeling ill or sick in any way and or showing symptoms of headaches, coughing, fever and/or respiratory problems
- Customer's affected by covid must adhere to specific guidelines by Prosparkle and maybe limited to only specific services. Ask a representative for more information
-All employees entering cleaning sites must wear company or personally supplied personal protective equipment such as gloves and masks (many of which are N95) while working
-All employees entering cleaning sites must wash hands at the beginning and end of each visit
-All employees entering sites must practice social distancing requirements at the cleaning sites
-All equipment will be sanitized and disinfected after each cleaning and again every evening
-All employees have been instructed to be careful and attentative during the service process. As a result job times could run longer as we put safety 1st
-As with our normal process, ProSparkle uses a color-coded cloth process to prevent cross-contamination. A good supply is present for all jobs and all soiled cloths are temporarily stored in a secure bag until entering the washing and disinfecting process. No trash or disposable items will be taken on ProSparkle vans and must be disposed of in the proper trash receptacles at the customers site
